Refund policy

Order Changes/Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted unless the product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping.

If you experience an issue with your delivery such as product damage, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package by emailing carrieanne.mm@gmail.com so we can work to have things corrected right away. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the exact issue (including product name, colors, and quantity)

  • Photos of the damage (including damage to the box and how the products were packed/wrapped)

We are unable to make any changes to your order once it is submitted, so please verify the items in your order before checking out.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Any damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless your product was harmed or damaged during shipping, and the damage is reported within 5 business days of delivery.


Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
